Our exclusive CNC production technologies, manufacturing techniques such as machine finishing, proprietary surface treatments, along with the highest grade steels, combine to produce Solid Dies that are right for any job. And because our Solid Die designs are application oriented, you can count on RotoMetrics to produce the most cost-effective dies you'll find anywhere.

CNC Dies

  • RD80 is designed for most pressure-sensitive applications, and is surface treated according to the application
  • RD90 is heat treated to a higher degree of hardness than the RD80, making it more durable, and ideal for longer runs on pressure-sensitive applications, and for some metal-to-metal cutting
  • RD100 was originally designed for multiple-layer expanded content labels, and has now proven successful on other materials such as foam, putty, medical applications, select deep rout applications and unsupported films
  • RD200 is machine-finished using the latest manufacturing technology. It is recommended for pressure-sensitive die-cutting on today's thinner filmic materials
  • RD250 is machine-finished and recommended for metal-to-metal, multi-level and pressure-sensitive applications.
  • RD300 is designed for high-quality, custom converting applications. Whether you're cutting engineered precision parts, thick substrates, thin films, nonwovens or synthetic constructions to convert medical components - the RD300 is up to the challenge.

RD Plus

  • Specially treated and designed to provide extended wear when cutting abrasive thermal materials
  • Effective on jobs where abrasive inks or top coatings such as thermal transfer and computer imprintable films are used

Yellow Jacket

  • Offers the longest service life available on thermal transfer applications — averaging three to four times longer (and in some cases even more) than standard dies
  • Effective under the longest running, most abrasive conditions
