UniSphere Rotary Cylinders

UniSphere® Hot Stamping Rotary Cylinders and UniSphere Embossing Cylinders provide detailed hot stamping, sculptured deep embossing/debossing, plus precision registration and engraving at levels never before achieved in the narrow web industry. The end result: products that offer the same quality as those created on sheet-fed presses.

Manufactured by UEI Group Companies and distributed exclusively by RotoMetrics, UniSphere Rotary Cylinders and Embossing Cylinders are produced from engraving-quality solid brass. And every cylinder is custom designed for each client's exact specifications by master artisans and technicians—some of the most experienced and highly skilled in the industry.

Features:

• Produced to fit every type of rotary press
• Accommodate both electric and oil thermal units
• Maintain stringent TIR tolerances: a total of .0002" (.00508 mm) for hot stamping cylinders, .0001" (.00254 mm) for embossing cylinders
• Offer precision foil stamping and embossing capabilities
• Manufactured from solid brass
• Available up to the following maximum sizes: hot stamping—13" (330.2 mm) in diameter and 60" (1524 mm) in length; embossing—13" (330.2 mm) in diameter and 40" (1016 mm) in length
