RotoMetrics Showcases Latest Products and Website at Labelexpo Americas 2006
St. Louis, MO -- RotoMetrics is pleased to report a successful Labelexpo Americas 2006 which ran from September 11-14, 2006, at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. One of the highlights was the launch of MyRoto.com, where visitors experienced the new functionality and design of RotoMetrics’ online ordering and tracking system. Gary Smith, Vice President of Sales, commented, “Customers love the combination of simplicity and capability with the new MyRoto site. We’re getting so many compliments on ease of use, speed and how MyRoto makes their everyday jobs easier. In fact, several people have said there’s nothing else like it in the die industry.” Customers who did not get a chance to see the new site at Labelexpo can link directly to it at www.myroto.com.
The latest in rotary tooling was also the buzz at the RotoMetrics booth. On display were the RD200 machine-finished solid rotary dies, best suited for die-cutting today’s thinner filmic materials. The Adjustable Clearance Anvil also generated a great deal of interest, as converters could see how this product works within a die station. “One benefit of our Adjustable Clearance Anvil is that it allows the operator to make infinite adjustments—versus incremental adjustments—to the depth of cut,” stated Steve Lee, Vice President and Director of Technical Support. “Another advantage to RotoMetrics’ Adjustable Clearance Anvil is that it can be easily removed from the die station and replaced with a standard anvil, as opposed to other systems which, once installed, require the die station to be dedicated to adjustability only.”
RotoMetrics, headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, is a worldwide leader in precision rotary tooling for the printing and converting industries. The company operates several facilities in the United States, as well as Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, and the United Kingdom.
